Of course.

Not exclusives
I wouldn't underestimate forum dwellers. Remember the original Xbone, not that this will illicit the same reaction.
Nice! After October, every developer HAS release a patch that support Neo Mode and by November games need to have a Neo Mode incorporated with all shipped games.
I would argue the opposite. Devs will focus on the model with 30 million units in the wild and the improvements to the model with a couple million will be marginal.Knowing the mindset of devs these days I can almost guarantee that starting in 2017 every PS4 game will be running at 20fps unless you have the new model. Which I suppose is great if you love that 'cinematic feel' >_>
They've never gone away, I don't know how you could pretend otherwise.
And it's not like exclusives are exempt, either. Remember 60fps Uncharted 3 footage five years ago?
But yes, you should probably assume all future PS4 footage is running on PS4K. Or on a PC, like it often already is doing today.
There will actually be fewer bullshots and downgrades now that a console with a damn fine GPU is in the mix.
Isn't this happened for a while like last gen? Everything either on PC or bullshot
Maybe they'll add that fidelity and performance as PS4K exclusive for Uncharted 4 from the teaser
Not exclusives
Bullshots have been around... forever. They are never going away!
An imporoved frame rate will be noticeable .I'm kinda assuming (hoping) that the difference is negligible for most people. I remember getting my N64 transfer pack on Christmas morning putting it in and not being able to really tell the difference. I kinda suspect this will be the same way.
Don't forget 60fprsXB1 - 1080pr
PS4K - 2160pr
It was always PC.
I don't understand this. Why is a game running on an actual PS4K considered as a bad thing? If the game is real and runs on consumers' consoles exactly the same as shown as E3, how can it be BS? Bullshots and downgrades are when developers releasing games that look and play nowhere near as good as them being first shown at E3 or other events (like Watch Dogs). In your case, the game will still be the same when it's released and the consumers will play the exact same version as seen at E3 or in trailers... Misleading maybe yes but that's no BS or downgrade. Now with the PS4K, I fear that all "PS4 gameplay" (in demos on the show floor, and at E3 presentations and in trailers) will actually be running on PS4K
Of course footage will be from PS4.5, just like PC footage is from a high end rig. You won't see a trailer saying 'Running on a PLEBSTATION 4'

That always works. A video of a CG movie taken off the PC dev version run on a PS4 is also "running on actual ps4 hardware".Yeah even saying "running on actual ps4 hardware" still works. Nothing will change.
You know how it was hard to find footage of last gen versions of cross gen games until very close before release?
Expect the same from exclusives from now on if you still own the regular PS4

It's technically still possible for screenshots to be taken from devkits or PC workstations, even for console exclusives.

Spot on! Don't see why it'll be any different with the Neo PS4So nothing different from what we're used to. Everything is bullshots and downgrades.
