Yo, wut. Izumi is that way because . . . wow. I had my doubts about Hikaru and Izumi, that they'd be sidelined by Ryoko because she was in love with Akito, but these last few episodes have been pretty good for the two of them.
Also: Episode was Third Impact.

Sometimes I want to write a fleshed out impression full of magical vocabulary describing how much I loved a particular episode/show, but my brain lacks the necessary chemicals to induce such willpower into my fingertips.

Currently watching HeartCatch and Smile and they are indeed a lot better than the previous seasons. While Suite is okay, I'd tell you to check out Fresh if you looking for older installments.
Reason being is that Fresh has one of the strongest OTPs (LovexSetsuna) out of the seasons I've seen so far, second only to AkanexNao from Smile.

Yeah, while Izumi never gets as much focus as some of the other characters, what they do with her is really great. (Then again, Nadesico handles all of the cast well.
Strap yourself in, those last five or so episodes are an absolutely crazy ride.
...I actually liked the first episode of Senran Kagura. There's somethin about the way the show looks that I like (not a boob joke). The animation seems pretty decent. I like the voice actors they have too.

Right now I'm kinda just curious. I probably won't be watching any of these for awhile. So I should check out Heartcatch and Smile, and if I like those, then check out Fresh and maybe Suite?

Yeah, it would probably to check out the ones that are legit good first before trying the ones that may be hit/miss for you. I can't say much for HeartCatch since I'm only a quarter or so in, but Smile has been an absolute blast for me.

Ikoku Irokoi Romantan OVA 1 - 2 (end)
Pretty good, enjoyable, touching, and suspenseful with lots of good comedy and kind of cheesy lines that I always seem to somehow enjoy in these anime and manga for the genre. Ranmaru as the mob boss acted well for his role, though to his followers but kind of weak and dependent on others on his own, at least with Al, while Al actually amazingly strong dependable responsible and our savior. Ranmaru's wife kind of had a lot of screentime in the first one but fortunately due to her disagreements with him took a backseat to let us explore Ranmaru and Al well, and for second one was kind of not really present. Really enjoyable and fun and loved the kissing scenes and make out scenes and how Ranmaru looked

Well, I might not be going to see the Madoka movies after all. Paying for my ticket was supposed to be a birthday present from my sister, but apparently she purchased one for herself too.

Yeah this arc is really well done and impressive. I really feel as if something has changed with the visuals, or it just looks newer, more colorfu, crisper and etc. Anyway way more tense and emotional than I remember it being. Perhaps the anime significantly improved the source as I feel this arc and how it leads into cp9? is rising higher on my arc ratings list. I did get really emotional when

Luffy and Usopp were really yelling at each other and throwing words at each other and Sanji had to stop them and etc. Then when they fought, I dont remember it being like that in the manga, felt way more pressing and that you could really feel their feelings, like it was being telegraphed too us well. Poor Merry, just sad thinking about it, and then Robin defecting as well.
I liked it all.

Yay, it's finally back!! After the unexpectedly really entertaining first season I was wondering if the second could perform. (Basically this was kind of like last years Girls und Panzer for me. Sounded dumb and while the premise is still silly it's just so entertaining.) As far as the first episode goes there is no worries as it turned out really great. A good episode all around with it's action, humour and the songs too! A very nice return for the show.
Chieri was my favorite since the first episode of the first season and she became even more my favorite in the first episode of this season. Listening to Acchan right at the beginning of the episode and hearing Miyuki Sawashiro's voice, I had forgot that some professional seiyuu voice some of the different AKB girls.
After this first episode I'm definitely looking forward to the next.

How much fun is this show? So much fun.
The art and music are all top notch. Every action piece is full of sakuga. And while the sakuga isn't particularly of the highest caliber - it isn't bad either. It feels like key frames with minimal in-betweens. I can't complain given the amount of it in the first three episodes. However, episodes 6 and 7 were a total drag - hopefully we get back on the ropes again.
There are more than a handful of screens, I know it's a bit much, but please bear with it.
So far we have a half naked heroine, sakuga, outer space, aliens, furries, body occupation, and M. Night Shyamalan... Alright, I'll stick around...

Well, this was another shitfest. Budget must have shrank as this looked so damn cheap. I figure part 6 will just be a picture drama at this rate. It opens well enough with an almost competent bit of action with dudes in cars chasing some folk on motorcycles. Motorcycle side wins and one of is revealed to be

On one hand, I hadn't seen this so it was nice to hit some material that was foreign to me. On the other, I regret watching this because it was a lot of bad porn and a distinct lack of drama given the viewer was in on it the trick way early and forced to sit through events being played out.

the leader of the Horn of Africa terrorist organization from the previous OVA ep. You know, the one that Freeman accidentally seduced by sucking on her nipple while he was bleeding to death. Out of nowhere we have an assassin appear. He promptly snaps the neck of her remaining bodyguard and then the shit begins. It's not enough he apparently breaks her back, he then strips her down and rapes her before tossing her off a bridge like some garbage. Freeman rescues her then its time for some vengeance.
Seriously a promising start...

He's defeated and promptly taken in by a cult that employed the assassin and their goal is to replace Freeman with a body double. They need to break Freeman's mind so some girl is sent to fuck him stupid as apparently only then his true character could be revealed. As it were, he was too much man for her, refused to orgasm until she swore to become his woman, and so she did. She helps him switch with the double who is promptly offed and the cult assumes the remaining Freeman is theirs.

Raped girl gets to kill her rapist in a fit of girl power (after Freeman softens him up) and there's the midget cult leader that used hypnosis to steal the souls of the 108 Dragons before he's cut down by Freeman's wife and her magical demon blade. To top it off, the prowrestler/assassin who reveled in killing rape and murder only did so because he wanted to be loved.
