New in iOS 9 beta 4: temporarily turn off all content blockers by long-pressing the Reload button in Safari.

All I want from OSX right now is a true dark mode, not just the top menu bar and the dock. I want windows to be black, finder to be black, etc. The same feature for the iPhone would be great too.

I'm quite surprised this isn't already a thing, especially since dark UI elements already exist (e.g. Quicktime Player)
