Heyman has repeatedly said he wants nothing to do with creative. Heyman isn't coming to save the WWE. He's happy making big cash being Lesnar's RL and in-ring best buddy.
I remember the same arguments when John Cena was having great matches for years when the Internet gave all the credit to his opponents back then - it takes two to tango. But, the Lesnar/Big Show matches was much better than it had any right to be. Reigns isn't quite good enough to get good matches out of bad workers like Triple H, but what can you do?

Lol this , i never bothered about Riley after the miz angle , felt he was never doing anything that attracts attention.
I admit when i saw the thread name i thought some of those awful tag teams would be dropped off , seriously its terrible the tag team division they have apart from the new day and the dudleys need some teams that bring in some team work and story.

Sandow is a mediocre talent, but that still doesn't excuse how they failed him. He should have broken out at the Andre Battle Royale last year, but they just had to give it to Big Shoe for some reason...
And as far as pay in non-WWE companies go, there has been cases where talent at TNA have had to go on food stamps. Make of that what you will.

I was at an NXT house show a few weeks ago. He was in the main event against Tye Dillinger.
Billed him from Tampa (where we were), booked him as a face, even had him go over.
No love from the crowd.
Then he tweeted this shit:
Good fucking riddance.
When he "left Miz's orbit", he was taken off TV entirely. How is one meant to get over when not being on TV?

I know that LiquidSnake always brings up that story of Cena chewing him the fuck out that one time to justify how Cena's actually a terrible human being and that's why he hates him, but it's Alex Fuckin' Riley so chances are he probably deserved much worse than whatever Cena gave him.

Tbf as Wade says, he's been wanting out since August. He would have definitely been used if he stayed, unlike the others, but I think he was probably miffed that when he got the Bad News gimmick over, they took it away from him, giving him the King of the Ring as if it's some kind of compensation.
He'll be happier anywhere else. And if he does a good job wherever he goes, he'll be able to come back to a much better spot.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lethal ends up in the WWE sometime. He's doing big things in ROH and I'm sure HHH has eyes on him.

That's exactly what I mean. And if I were the WWE I would not want to piss The Rock off by firing releasing them etc........ Its called smart business.
Its not about race, who the hell took it there, I m talking about connections.
And we all know connections means everything in this world.
I worked on the THQ WWE games awhile back and I had to be his handler for several hours on a few days to make sure he was taken care of, got to his appointments, etc. He was one of the easier to get along with WWE talent I met, quiet and kept to himself while others like Harry Smith, Tyson Kidd, Shad, Hornswaggle, Nattie all socialized together. Kelly Kelly was standoffish, didn't like the media or fan appearances, wanted to leave early, etc.
I'm sorry, coming to the ring as Macho Man and Magneto and getting the crowd going is not the catapult to the upper tier.
He could get every character over except his own.
Yes alot of that had to do with writing, but alot of it also had to do with the fact that once he got his foot in the door with those gimmicks he could not make them into anything.
Maybe some time in other feds will fill him out and he can come back
