The universal solution, turn it off and back on again. For what it is worth. The video is actually about the controller not seeming to work despite being synced but he resolved that now.

I suspected it was the 360 but didn't want to step on toes without being completely sure. If this is true I wonder what drive makers Microsoft have been (and still are perhaps) going with? lol
Is it fair to say this is more problematic than PS4 issues?
Holy cow at that sound.
Definitely didn't expect that.

To early to say.
I think amazon needs some responsibility from the ps4 issues, it was just the ps4 in a bigger box with a few bubble wraps on one side. It was lose on the box and they didn't even fully cover the one side.
I love amazon and their service in general but this was the worst packaging ever.
It is 3am in the morning, and we don't really know the extent of it yet. Give it some time. This is weird. Not a single major site has picked this up yet.

This is weird. Not a single major site has picked this up yet. I seem to recall major sites reporting the PS4 when there was only three complaints.

Can you please explain why amazons packaging was an issue? The PS4 itself was already in a box with protection. In theory you didnt need any padding at all to protect it.
All this complaining about airbags in my mind is rather silly. Unless you can prove that PS4s were damaged in transit by amazons packaging, i think its unfair to blame them.

With such a small sample size and no actual data... I don't see how you could make a judgement.
They just keep coming

This one is a bit different, the disc tray is stuck with the game inside:

This is growing pretty quickly.
oh man, can you imagine what would happen if the console couldn't read disk and overheated at the same time.Oh boy, so they fixed the heat problem, but forgot about the disc drive problems they had before lol.
Sucks for buyers.
Never got this problem with Cassette Tapes
I wonder what it would sound like when the console is vertical. The 360 DVD Drives weren't very stable either.

You never had to re-align your C64 1530 tape deck head?
I'm only asking on the frequency of the reported issues. They seem to be happening at a faster rate than the known issues of the PS4. Maybe it's because it's all happening at once, but it gives the impression this may be a more prevalent problem.
Please.
Any GAFers having issues?
Some days, you go, through the raaaaainPerfect opportunity for a vocally gifted person to perform a "Snake Eater" parody called "Disc Eater".
Hopefully MS kept a substantial amount of back stock to replace duds immediately just like Sony did.Jesus, I hope this is just like the initial wave making things worse than they are like the PS4's issues. No one deserves a broken console.
Redmond, we might have a problem:
