Frosbite is EA internal. This is probably of the two (three?) Ubisoft internal engines normally used or a custom job

those pics look really good but this is from the company that borught us Red Steel a few year ago so I'll wait for some more gameplay vids

The baked lighting is strong but you can see the flashlight doesn't cast many realtime shadows.

real time shadows can be disabled, as they lead to big hit in the frame rate (in most games). I think even in Left 4 Dead real time shadows were disabled
