Nope. There will not be a TWEWY world, Neku is simply a cameo character, like any of the Final Fantasy characters have been.

Sooner to release I assume. They usually start announced them 3 or 4 months out if i recall.

They're in a mind sleeping state or something for training and for some reason it reverts them to their younger selves.
