Another rumor.

A file was posted on GameFAQs that is said to be extracted from the recent beta. A lot of people downloaded it and it seems to be legit. It contains a lot of new info and (if true) CONFIRMS both the stages and the characters leaked.

Minions are probably background characters and/or non-playable characters (kuma is listed and he participate in one of heihachi's specials). Looks like each character has its own minion.

First big image still seems to have a Uncharted 3 (Cargo Plane) stage, a Ape Escape stage, and a Resistance stage (these three didn't have a "proper" leak today).

Characters seem to be: Raiden (Metal Gear Solid Revengeance), Dante (the new one - from DmC), Ratchet (Ratchet and Clank), Sackboy (Little Big Planet), Spike (Ape Escape), Sir Daniel (MediEvil), Nariko (Heavenly Sword) and Evil Cole (InFamous 2). The two question marks there are probably for the Random Select slot, but they could be for two secret characters too. There's no way to know though.

Early comments (not confirmed) pointed to 14+ stages and 20+ characters. For comparison sake.

Also some different takes on this leak:

-> Paul Gale (the first one to leak the game) said there would be at least 3 female characters. With the leak we only have two (Fat Princess and Nariko);
-> Paul Gale also said there would be a RPG character. With the leak we have none;
-> David Hayter (Snake voice actor) said on twitter that he was recording voice for the game. After the leak, no Snake confirmed;
-> The next character and stages reveals are planned for GamesCom on the 14th of August. The reveals there should pretty much confirm (or not) this leaks.
-> Another reminder. The story in the game will focus on the rivalry between a pair of playable characters. So that's a starting point to guesses.

Well I didn't play Brawl so I can't say but I didn't agree with Snake being there either, he's a playstation icon. I forgot this game had a big daddy but I don't understand why. As I said there's no real playstation connection there and even if it did have one why are they using Infinite? There's no big daddies there, hell it's not even completely in the same world I think. Should have at least had Rapture (unless this game does? I haven't been following it).
