Mighty No. 9: Work-in-Progress Gameplay Footage

Looks sharp. I would prefer it though if the absorb power wouldn't lead to numbers exploding on the screen borderlands style. They should contain that to the UI in my opinion.

that dash through enemies after killing them to absorb is so simple yet so brilliant

gives it a speedier and more rhythmic vibe

Hello, my name is Yves Guillemot, Vivendi S.A.'s Employee of the Month!
For some reason I thought all of the animation would be handdrawn. Looks cool though.

Getting it on wii U, but if it's good enough i'll double dip on 3ds for sure. I'll probably also pick it up on a steam sale just because. I can't wait.

Looks great, that music but I still think that the running animation is too abrupt, also, the dash has i frames, maybe it will make the game too easy.

My God I am so fucking happy I backed this. It looks so good. Shout outs to SFX from the Megaman Zero/ZX series btw.

One minute in. Mega man spikes of death haha.

So buying this for 3ds. Cant wait. Hope Azure Striker Gunvolt is just as good.

Keep looping the video for the music.
Really knocking it out of the park with that.

Love the animations so far. It makes Mighty No. 9 feel really agile.

Not feeling the running animation and the dashing should be smoother. Wasn't a backer and haven't played Mega-Man since I was a kid so obviously I don't expect much. Looking good otherwise.

Looks great gameplay-wise.

No.9 looks a little off so I hope that isn't his final character-model design.

Everything else looks great... the dash was really cool.

MN9=shoot enemies and dash to absorb them

Gunvolt=shoot enemies and use lightning barrier to kill them

"Legends"=shoot enemies and circle them like NiGHTS?

Looks awesome. I loved the song too.

Also, I like that they are using Kane De Boo as their company mascot. (Sweet Fuse shout-out!)

The gameplay looks great, but I'm not digging the graphics. The art style is nice, and it might be the Youtube's quality, but everything seemed kind of muddy and undetailed.

The dash mechanic is going to differentiate this from the other MM games. It seems to have multiple uses like invincibility and some type of freeze mechanic to it.

Can't wait to see more, it looks like everything's shaping up well.

While I know the art style may not be final, I kinda get Network Transmission vibes from this.

Game's shaping up though.

Would like to see them tighten up the graphics a bit.
Honestly, a more cell shaded style would do wonders

Everything else looks awesome.
