Hey! I assume you are new in this thread series and want to see what we were up to? Or you didnt have enough time to play through all of the games from the last month but still want to catch up with the best ones? Then this list is for YOU! These were the games we enjoyed the most in the previous thread, voted on by the community (More thorough descriptions and impressions in the previous thread, especially the last few pages with the voting):

I noticed there are a few noteworthy, and relatively unknown, projects that deserve a shoutout here because I feel that they share a common interest with the people in this thread. I talked to the guy from Pixabyte and MetaVendetta and both are very enthusiastic about the things they love and figured you might appreciate the shoutout as well. If you enjoy anything here or want to give feedback, let these guys know via their websites or also here in this thread. If you appreciate something, let people know. A heads up can sometimes very valuable.
This is a monthly podcast series that presents notable Indie Game soundtracks. A likeable host and guests, a fantastic track selection, interesting discussions and a focus for Indies will make this one a mainstay in my monthly threads.

Copy the appropriate content and add the proper information for the black writing. Please only include 1 link and 1 image. I tried making it a bit failsafe, so it should be able to deal with 2 links or images as well, but 1 is safer.TITLE - PLAT

1. Eidolon - $15.00 (PC)
http://store.steampowered.com/app/286140/
Eidolon is a game about exploring a mysterious landscape and uncovering the stories of the people who lived there once before. It is a game about history, curiosity, interconnectedness, and the slow and inevitable beauty of life.

1. Claire - $9.99 (PC)
http://store.steampowered.com/app/252830/
Claire is alone, lost, and hunted. The world has quickly becomes shrouded in darkness with unseen threats stalking Claire from the shadows. Aided by her dog and armed only with a flashlight, Claire must conquer her fear and find her comatose mother. However, there are others lost in the darkness seeking salvation.

1. Lexicopolis - Free (PC)
http://gamejolt.com/games/puzzle/lexicopolis-a-b-city/14954/
This is easily the biggest surprise I've played last month. The game is basically testing your inventiveness in coming up with town buildings, which you need to collect letters for by placing said buildings and the placement, rarity of the letters and position of the buildings itself, governs the amount of points each building gives you, accumulating into an overall value score of your city. Incredibly fun to play around with and a very engaging, yet simple scoring system. I really wish this was a fully fleshed out game.

1. Freedom Planet - Free Demo/$14.99 (PC)
http://store.steampowered.com/app/248310/
http://freedomplanet.galaxytrail.com/
This is basically the best Sonic clone game I ever played. I dont mean to use "clone" as a negative here, but it really is the same base mechanics. However, they work quite well too, great sense of speed, interesting level design, boss encounters, decent variety of enemies and challenges. If you like Sonic and you wont vall it a sacrilege for someone to copy the formula, you dont get around this one

1. Glitch Dungeon - Free (Browser)
http://gamejolt.com/games/platformer/glitch-dungeon/28844/
Cute little puzzle game which will have you learn several glitch powers, which are needed to progress through to the end. I sort of felt they didnt do enough with the theme on a mechanic level and there really could have been a more intriguing setup (full fleshed out metroidvania anyone?), but I definitely enjoyed playing through it just now and overcoming the obstacles here.

1. Cubic Roll - Free (PC)
http://www.desura.com/games/cubic-roll/
Mechanically very simple, but incredibly challenging action/reaction based highscore game. The mechanics of changing the sides with the arrow keys works fine, and if you are into these small highscore games that get deviously fast, you'll like this.

The Nightmare Cooperative

Wings of Saint Nazaire
