Just watched the spanish stream, in the european streams there seems to be more time of Hashino and the producer playing the game and commenting about it than in the american streaming. ALso no treehouse commentary.

EDIT Also completly offtopic, but I discovered now in the nintendo of spain webpage we are getting the OST of Super Smash Bros when we put our games codes in Club Nintendo during the first weeks. WTF Thats amazing news!

So Bayonetta is going to a far better organization (game company) than the one she was at before (sega) and will win multiple championships (GOTY awards) and bandwagon nintendo fans will hopefully go crazy for it.

This post, as your previous post is exactly what is wrong with the gaming community.
Was Bayo 1 appreciated in a userbase of about 180 million? Is there something that makes Nintendo fans (bullshit term on it's own) less capable of appreciating a game by PG? Is there something that makes them less 'hardcore'?
Fyi i primarilly play on PC and Nintendo consoles. That's not because i am a 'Nintendo fanboy' by your logic, or a 'PC fanboy', it's because i like challenging, gameplay heavy games that these two offer in spades.
I own all consoles for different reasons, but i always end up with more games on PC and Nintendo. You see Kid Icarus and you think 'kiddy' but i know it's one of the best and most challenging experiences you can find in the market right now.
You judge a book from its cover and not its content, your comment was salty and classless and it shows that after all those years, brand loyalty reigns supreme. You also sound not like a fan of the IP or the dev, but as someone who is just salty that games are released on a Nintendo console.
You can answer whatever you want, i won't bother answering you again, but stop a minute and think if playing games is your hobby and you like that, or you are just another console warrior.

You don't have to explain that to me. I was all for Bayonetta 2 being made on whatever console. I just want the game to be a success, but like with W101 and Sin and Punishment 2, the Nintendo audience isn't so receptive to these kinds of games. I don't know what it is.

I'll leave it at that though. Bayo 2 is looking too good to be dwelling on any negatives.

I already knew with the whole Operation Rainfall stuff. It's worse for us, since we couldn't get the free game with Mario Kart 8. (Mexico)

Bayonetta looking awesome as always! I'm in love again, lol

Well, that was exciting. Cannot wait to play it. Seems just as deep and rewarding as people have said. I can tell this is going to eat up a heck of a lot of my time.

I think I read that Sega proposed and facilitated the Nintendo partnership after cancellation

So we don't even know if it was brought to other publishers besides nintendo. It's not really something Pg could bring to someone else without Sega's say

I just feel like people sell the game and nintendo short when they say things like this. Like Pg had to "settle" to work with biggest japanese game developer to release their game because no one else would have it.

A Gaffer of reason. I'm quite satisfied with what we're getting in the new game. Nice to see all costumes are functional. Metroid Armor even has its own unique move set.

Oh I'm excited. I'm just wondering if I can use him in single player. Would be hilarious if he'll do a bunch of weird poses in cutscenes.

Well, the first Bayo didn't light the charts on fire and it was on two systems. So, by your logic, does that mean Playstation and XBox fanboys simply were not receptive to games like Bayo?

Seriously, it isn't like games not selling is unique to the Nintendo audience. Almost all Platinums games are lucky to break a million over two or more consoles despite all the praise they get.

Great Direct! It hyped me without spoiling too much. I don't know about Bayonetta's story yet, so I couldn't make much sense if the trailer other than that it looked very cool and Vorkken turned into a woman and is now in Bayonetta.

If it's anything like Mario Kart 8 then I think we're good. The online in that game is super smooth and great. I think people are generally underestimating the Wii U's ability to be an online game console. It may lack some modern online features/conventions but every online game I've played on the console so far has been a smoother experience than any console I've experienced before.

Miiverse is the built-in message board system on nintendo network. You can attach drawings to your posts. Some games offer stamps to apply to those drawings. Unlocking all the possible stamps amounts to a list of achievements in many of the games that use them.

When Bayonetta 2 being exclusive on Wii U was announced, I didn't even care. Now I want that first print edition because it contains one packaging for each game. God damn.

I really hope I can get my hands on that.

Obviously I know it's not made by PG and I also know that the game's own online code is independent of all factors.

But playing so many Wii U games with fantastic online connectivity makes me think that Bayonetta 2 isn't gonna buck the trend.

Regarding the audience, I mainly think games like Bayo2 should attract a larger audience, but fail to do so because said audience is too proud to get a Nintendo console for games they want to play. That's the difference between gaming platforms and basketball teams. Supporting two of them doesn't make you a worse person, but all the contrary.

This is true, I wouldn't go as far to say it was god awful but it was definitely something that hindered it from being absolutely playable.

Just trying to keep things in perspective. I'm going to play the hell out of it even if there's some delay, I just don't want it to be as bad as anarchy reigns.
