Massive eShop Sale in Celebration of Super Smash Bros 3DS

NoA saw how great the sales for the past couple of weeks have been, and had to tone it down a bit. Otherwise we might get in the habit of expecting great things from them. And they can't have that.

They better have a blowout on Kirby games next week, since they can't be bothered to release the original DKC trilogy on VC.

I shot people I like more for less.
I wish someone would edit the OP since the poster is banned. What are the new prices?

Metroid (3DS/Wii U): $3.49
Wii Fit U: $19.99
Pokemon Rumble U: $10.99
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity: $24.99
Pokemon Battle Trozei: $5.49

I'm already at the office and can't seem to find it, what's the price on Tropical Freeze? May have to pick up some eShop cards on the way home today.

EDIT: ahh I guess we don't know yet, whoops.

Well this last week is a bust. I am hoping Pac-Man Ghostly Adventures is 10 bucks because I am willing to give it a shot, but not more than a digital title price.

I am for sure planning to get Tropical Freeze regardless of the discount amount. I'm just finishing DKRC3D and I can't wait to give Tropical Freeze a go.

Does PAC-MAN and the Ghostly Adventures (3DS) carry any redeeming value? I believe it was developed by Inti Creates (though this fact seems to have been buried on the internet) and I have a renewed interest in the character given his inclusion in Smash. Is it worth a go at all? Or would it be a waste of my time to even try it out?

hot hot hanuman-on-man action
Not sure what tf is, but Pikmin 3 will not go lower than $40.

i'm gonna buy em both even if they're $40, but i can still hope.

i hear such good things about those 2, and everyone was right about SM3DW and MK8, so i am still ridin this wiiU hype train

It got weirdly few reviews: http://www.metacritic.com/game/3ds/pac-man-and-the-ghostly-adventures

This GameFAQS user liked it okay: http://www.gamefaqs.com/3ds/715088-pac-man-and-the-ghostly-adventures/reviews

It seems...okay. The Wii U version is supposed to be solid enough, though:

Thanks for this. I guess there's not much info on it out there, lol.

Somehow I'm guessing more people are going to buy it in the next week than in its entire prior ltd.

I think I'll wait and see what GAF thinks of it before I bite.

I personally wouldn't mind some of the eShop Kirby games getting discounted. I already own Pikmin 3, Tropical Freeze, Triple Deluxe, and pretty much all the retail games that they've included over this sale, and most of the digital virtual console stuff too.

Reasonably, we're going to see Pikmin 3, the Starfox 64 remaster, Tropical Freeze (or God help us, the original Donkey Kong arcade edition on sale for a dollar off), and New Leaf for maybe 25%-30% off each with a smattering of virtual console stuff from Kirby, Pacman, and so forth.

That Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures game is marked down to $12? Hmm.

Will probably get Kirby and the Amazing Mirror for $5.

Is Tropical Freeze $29.99 on Canada eShop as well? Really tempted but I don't have a Hard Drive for my Wii U yet.
