And I am happy for them. It is an awesome game if you don't have NeoGAFs standards.
Wow, really, as if bugs improved in patches is something new. To patch a behemoth like this without introducing some new problems is virtually impossible.
The arrogance of those who can only complain but probably never created something themselves which is even close to this effort is really making me sad.
I think ACU has been shit on enough by now.. the patch got performance to acceptable level so im just going to go ahead and enjoy the game.

Well yeah the man in suits need to eat also in there financial quarter very important for there stockholders.I mean... the game just should have been delayed to next year, like Watch_Dogs was. They didn't have to release it. But, ya know, holiday season and $$$$$ and all that.

The fact that there are people defending Ubisoft and their annually low quality, but full priced, products is sad...
No i've never tried to make a game, but i also never took money by selling a game.
It's not a big deal.
I don't even like AC, but this is a non issue.
But did you ever make a big mistake that you had to fix and did you do everything in your power to fix it? Because it looks Ubisoft is doing just this..
What more do you want?
I am not saying it isn't bad.. it is....It is what it is... the game got released and is a mess. And they are fixing, and communicating, that's all you can do.
You might not like it, and have another opinion, but that's your problem. (to be blunt)
I remember when the ps2 launch promised the end of pop in (a major annoyance on psx)
Different times

I want to know why my damn patch is 40 goddamn gigs. Unless it's re-downloading the game, there's no reason for a patch to be so ridiculously huge.
Ah, the old 'well you can't do it, so you can't criticise' chestnut. You do know that there are entire industies of people whose job it is to criticise things they can't necessarily do themselves, does that make you sad too?Wow, really, as if bugs improved in patches is something new. You don't really need to be sad on behalf of a multi-million dollar corporation either. If this sort of criticism made Ubisoft sad they might resist the urge to push unfinished games out the door to snap up all that holiday money, but I doubt it upsets them too much.
It would be best if you were to avoid using this fallacy.Wow, really, as if bugs improved in patches is something new. To patch a behemoth like this without introducing some new problems is virtually impossible.

7 pages and haven't seen this one yet :
You guys tired today?
Yes because everyone who likes what you don't like has no standards whatsoever.Indeed.
It would be great if the OP were updated with the rest of the impressions of other users who actually own the game and if the title was fixed due to the fact that it's false since that animation isn't new IIRC.We need more webms.
Indeed.
Animus needs that hardware upgrade fast ! lol
But clever from Ubisoft to use it as excuse. What can you do if Animus Ingame is not strong enough for that brilliant simulation called AssCreed V xD
Because if mine and the other users post patch impressions are to be believed, the webm in the OP isn't a common occurrence. Never once have npcs literally popped up in my directly in front of my character as I was sprinting. I'm harping on this particular issue because I cannot stand misinformation. The major problem with bugs like this pop in stuff is that Ubi put so much effort into building a realistic and beautiful Paris and it seems that by most accounts they succeeded, but how can you POSSIBLY become immersed in it when dealing with shit like this??
Same. The game is fine imoPlayed for a couple of hours just now, didn't notice the animus glitch visual thing for the pop-in at all. And I'm no Ubisoft apologist.

Are we sure the visual effect is new? I thought that was always there.
