This is cool and all, I'll probably get it on Steam even though I haven't finished 2 yet, but what about Super Grand Battle X? I NEED THAT AMIIBO SUPPORT AND I HAVE NO AMIIBOS

Also I'm surprised they're doing a Vita release outside Japan considering that they didn't do the Vita release for 2.

Great! Now to wait for their usual sale on the game. PW1 went 50% off within a month, so I am not falling for that again. I got PW2 at 75% off, and I believe it went even cheaper at 90%. But, 75% is good enough for this :)

It's indeed awesome, first One Piece game on PC. This might be a hint to another Bandai Namco's game on PC, such as Tales of series.. It'll give us a hope, at least.

PS4/Vita version will be mine and I shall platinum it all....already got a couple 100 hours into PW1/2 can definitely do this one.

the addition of PC is nice this time as it means I can keep a good version and play with my friend (he doesn't have a ps4)

this will be day 1 on ps4 (if physical) and eventually on sale on PC
or if there is no physical version for the ps4 just an eventually on sale on PC buy (though a bit sooner than if there is a physical version of the ps4 version... aka likely a 50% off buy if I don't own it on ps4 and a 75% off buy if I do)

From the description this game finally covers the whole OP story so far (in a canon way, at least the origins of recruiting the Strawhats, though even Skypiea was hinted at), but in the trailer they didn't show Water 7 & Thriller Bark, is that still in?

edit : Nevermind, the first trailer shows Water 7, Marineford etc.

Only need confirmation on Thriller Bark (and Punk Hazard) but they have made that content already for the previous game and I guess they won't single out Brook :D



Will buy if it follows most of the canon manga plot and I think I need a physical western release on PS4.

edit: oh but will there be spoilers for anime only people like me if it covers Dressrosa?

Doubt there would be manga spoilers, since most of these types of games only follow the anime.

Maybe the mod community can actually put the characters in their proper outfits in the story. Irks the ever living crap out of me that they decided to give the Straw Hats different outfits than what they should be wearing in that timeframe. They did it in the first game, now they're doing it in the third, the same outfits too.

Nice so they're following the canon story it looks. PW2 was interesting in its own way. People really enjoyed it too from the looks of the views I got on my Youtube channel. Nice to see 'him' at the end pop up too :D

I take it it'll be digital only in NA like the previous versions. I might just wait for a steam sale if that's the case. Still looking forward to it.

I'm a console gamer but just like Resident Evil REmaster I'm planning to get this on PC instead if it performs well. Sadly, I don't think it'll have a big modding community which is one of the major draws for me in terms of PC gaming.

Well yeah, they're all in the trailer too, though only Fujitora has gotten gameplay so far (and very little at that). There will hopefully be at least ten more characters though. If PW3 doesn't have at least thirteen more characters than PW2 then they got really lazy.

Woah PC version is kinda crazy, I'll most likely be getting it on that.

Actually, announcing it for the west before it's even out in Japan is crazy as well.
