The trademark for The Last Guardian has been abandoned (e.g. dead)

It's still in development they said. It's not dead they said.

Nope. Nope. Nope.

Still alive. I will wait patiently until the glorious day arrives.

IF the game were to be released, it'd take a never-before-seen amount of hubris to release it under the same title that's engendered so much bad feelings from fans.

Then again, nobody knows hubris better than sony... so maybe it really is cancelled?

If it was dead, wouldn't they just say so? What's the point of stringing people along? It's not like the majority even know about this game.

I don't think it's dead. They would have said something by now.

I dont get it, what do they have to gain by saying its still in development if its not? Im in the rename boat with this, if not they should just come out and confirm its dead.

People who buy consoles ahead of time solely for a game that is not guaranteed to come are stupid.

Well buying a PS3 around launch for it was justifiable, as noboby could've guessed that the game was not going to come out at all last gen, specially when the generation before they released two games. Now, getting a PS4 for it too? Ehhhh.
