And just like that Im out of feeling good newbie land and getting destroyed in casuals by things way beyond my power level. Hope I get good at arena fast.
Edit: Im scared to disenchant random extras and golds. Feels like im rushing things and what if I craft something stupid thinking its great.

4000 dust saved. I am tempted to craft a golden Boom, but feel I should do something more practical since I already have a regular Boom.

Just know that dust is "kinda" useless in Blackrock. All cards are rewards so you can only craft gold versions.

Golden Legendaries are legit though. I'll never regret making golden Stalagg and Fugenn for golden Thaddius, even though I hardly use them anymore.

It's nice being able to use Warrior again since I didn't want to complete that 40 gold quest. Why won't the game give me some 60+ gold missions now that I'm saving money?

Frump needs some thicker skin. This is literally nothing compared to the shit every single female streamer has to deal with. HufferNudes is way worse.

Wait, he actually is upset about TuckFrump? I didn't realize anyone took it seriously. Muck Fichigan and other absurdities are things I've seen on T-shirts and such my entire life. I thought it was just a tongue-in-cheek thing.

Not so much in his own streams because he always had sub mode on (and likely for very good reason), but in every other stream or tournament stream people just randomly decide to start spamming tuck frump.

I've added some extra resources to the OP. Trump Teachings, HearthArena, as well as some links to some popular streamers. I would like to include a link to that collection google doc spreadsheet that's been passed around before. Does anybody have a link to that?

Also, as I mentioned earlier in the thread, I have some ideas about recording some videos where I go over some of the kinds of "resource management" stuff that might interest new players. Things like "how do I maximize my gold", "what should I spend real money on", "what should I dust/craft", that sort of thing. We get a lot of those kinds of questions in this thread because I don't think there's that many resources out there to cover that sort of thing. I might try to record some of those this weekend maybe, if you guys have any ideas be sure to send them my way. I don't want to miss anything.

Things like actual game strategy or card analysis probably won't be included because I don't feel like I'm a good enough player on my own to make those kind of recommendations authoritatively. I would need somebody else to call me out on any bullshit I may spout.

Rewards sucked but I walked away feeling pretty good about the experience since I had yet to win an arena game with Priest.

He doesn't have Gazlowe. He couldn't get him either from packs. After watching this daily though, I'm going to try a Gazlowe varient. Biggest issue with Gazlowe however is holding onto spells just for him or not having enough. Gazlowe would be perfect for Control Paladin because having more minions in control vs. control gives you a big advantage. However, most cards that give spare parts aren't very controlly.

I see how it goes though. I really enjoyed my current iteration of Gazlowe Priest. Thing is, Gazlowe hardly makes or breaks games. He's just really fun to play with.

But yeah, it's basically always done in a tongue in cheek way. Being actually annoyed by it is a good way to have the internet take the ball and roll it farther.

Yeah I used Gazlowe Priest a lot in our last Hearthstone tournament and rarely got a chance to use him much. The deck was still very successful without him. Mostly because people don't expect the Toshley when it comes down and can't deal with the 5/7 body.

Yeah, Toshley is awesome. I also run Sneed's and Foe Reaper as an endgame. Nothing over 7 to avoid BGH and I also run a Light Bomb since it can wreck other control decks, especially handlock. Sometimes I want to run two.

It's used here and there. Can win you a game if it spawns like a Kelthuzad or another Sneeds or a Ysera. It's just slow and doesn't do anything as it hits the board. Would be much better in a slower meta as right now games are usually decided on Ladder by turn 8/9.

Sneeds is the perfect legendary in a meta dominated by Control Warrior, the current one is not it though. I run it in my Value Mage, and Deathrattle Hunter, because I'm stubborn.

Game is hacked, confirmed. Not kidding. Guy pulled a Golden Deathwing on Turn 1, instantly had 10 mana, then pulled out Golden Legendary after Golden Legendary. I survived to round 7 thanks for a few Aldor Peacekeepers, but the game is clearly compromised. Wish I would've taken a screenshot but I was too stunned to even think about it. Guys screen name was "Expert Guy".

Edit: also, Last Opponent played is empty. Fucking crazy.

He's good to punish slower decks that don't run many silences, like control warrior, but it's too slow to really be effective against aggro and it tends to just stay in your hand most of the time you get it. The fact that it has no active effect means that it's viable for decks to just ignore him for several turns.

The main problem is his 5 attack, because the decks it's strongest against usually run sylvanas, so if you want to avoid a really awful disaster scenario you need to have a silence in your hand before you can play him vs a control deck.

I'm playing on North American servers, I'd assume. I'm in Southern California, San Diego to be exact. on iPad, if it matters. I've heard of this happening, in this thread, actually, but never had it happen to me before tonight. The guy was spamming emotes every time he'd pull a Legendary -- "sorry about that". Deathwing, then Ysera, then Ragnaros, then Hogger if I remember correctly. That was all he needed.

I've used him in Ramp Druid. Once time I was up against a Priest and got rid of his Sylvanas, so I thought it was safe to play him. So I did.

Then he plays another one. He stole mine from Thoughtsteal.
