I can't seem to find it now, but the thread of the OP complaining that none of his friends owned a PS4, when he had saved up and bought one using his benefit payments. That turned pretty brutal.

Oh and the person with 2 accounts always quoting and responding to his own posts.

There was one where the OP stopped a woman from moving back to India. He had met her family that loved, taken her virginity she was saving for her husband, played the part of dutiful boyfriend and so on. But he went on to mention that he didn't really care for her and the fact that she could age poorly was a factor in not wanting her long term.

Backfired pretty hard and I believe OP made it worse by stating how likeable he was and how much people liked him.

Wasn't bjork catfished way way back in the day and he doubled down on "she's really a real woman!"

Can't remember and I wouldn't call it a thread backfire...but uh thread about a guy and his girl messing around all the time and showing their asses to each other. The guy comes up with this grand idea to surprise his girl at her parents house (they were out of town?), he gets ass naked puts his ass on the staircase, parents walk in, he yells how about a rimjob.

Shit was legendary, had wonderful MS paint all over the place.

I can't find it but where is that crazy thread about "Space Moors" where some crazy dude didn't believe slaves were brought to the U.S from Africa.

Lionel Mandrake made that hilarious thread summary and the mods stickied it in OT. Anyone still have a link to it? I wanna say it happened over a year ago.

I remember how incredibly epic that thread felt at the time, but realizing now that it only has 700~ posts? Yeesh, that's like a normal daily thread at this point. It also might go over the heads of many newer members, since it's from 2008 and probably has tons of broken links, etc. It kind of ended up being more mean-spirited than funny, though. :(
