I'm not an expert but I think the original Robin grows up to be Nightwing and a new person replaces him, but still called Robin.

There have been numerous Robin's. Nightwing is Dick Grayson otherwise known as the first Robin. He got tired of living in Batman's shadow and went on to become Nightwing and thus forgoing his Robin persona. Other Robin's include Tim Drake, Jason Todd, and Damian Wayne. The Robin in the Arkham canon is Tim Drake.

It feels like this is trying to be the dark final chapter, and Catwoman is a causality of that. Not just her outfit, but that dour expression as well. She looked and sounded like she was having fun in Arkham City, but perhaps it's too early to tell.
