For people playing the campaign, in Mission 2 did anyone else

immediately think like "yo,ok,so you can totally simulate this inside my head? And you can get like memories and such? is all of this game gonna be some simulation?" I'm only in mission 3 now but even there with that "5 year timeskip" cutscene and then my chracter in the safe house asking "where are we again?" and "oh right it's a CIA mission" like he has trouble even remembering what he is doing. And he had to ask how many years it's been since they became Black Ops and such. Am I on the right track here?

I just tried zombie and got into a game in under 20 seconds. Said there were 50 plus games available. I am in NA.

3 is just a really weird campaign.
One of the best COD stories, horribly executed.
Somehow ends up being more fun than past few CODs, yet missions and playstyles still feels horribly tacked together.
Shouldn't even be called Black Ops really.
Also has probably the dumbest scene in series history.

Even MP and SP feels like its from two different CODs patched together,(custom characters for example from the last 2 COD MPs were carried over to SP finally,
yet MP ditches customs so you can have 2 teams of the exact same character who isn't from SP.)

its like a repeat of Dimitri's death yet Nova-6 has no real importance to 3, it felt rushed, her death has no real consequence with the ending we get,
lasty the fake-out completely eliminates her sacrifice and just ruins it overall.
At least in Dimitri's case it played a major part in Reznov's story

Getting acclimatized, but I do sorely miss a boosted strafe, love that slide though, feel like Vanquish almost.

Man those animations on the endgame screen characters are rough. Awkward canned animation of a victory taunt, followed by their gun magically reappearing, then a jerky animation into a new stance. Should have just cut em out.

I love how everything is faster, though it makes things that much more technical. Launchers have always been so slow, now it's a breeze to just aim at an enemy Scorestreak in a few seconds.

I am finding people blend into the enviroment more this time around, a bit more tasking to spot people, which I think is good. Opticals seem more important than ever though.

I'd agree with all of this. The muscle memory thing... yeah. I remember playing MW2 and BO1 and how natural it felt. This one, I'm all over the place with my aiming and complete garbage. Cranking the sensitivity down is annoying but necessary until I get used to the movement. It does all seem very fast and precise, even using an LMG.

I've found using that one sight that highlights enemies in red has helped a lot with when they are hard to pick out against the environment.

This game is utter crack, help.

Your SP and MP weapons are leveled differently.

You only level your MP weapons by playing MP.

see her walk out of the room at the end of mission 2 when you wake up in the hospital. And it seems the main chracter forgets a LOT of things. Haven't beaten it yet though so can't say why.

Custom characters is something that needs to be carried over after this at the very least to replace no-face grunts like Ramirez, Roach, Frost, Mitchell, Jackson and Logan
Logan in Ghosts should have been a custom characters anyway especially with that ending planned.

I thought it worked out pretty well in this honestly.

Don't forget staring off into space with dead eyes after glaring down the camera with a taunt.

That's all AW was.....smash the fucking jump button. The speed and insanely small map size instantly made me return that game....utter garbage.

Black Ops 3 is the perfect balance in CoD feel and AW's movement system.....which is basically Titanfall. It never feels too extreme and your dude still has weight. AW did not feel like a CoD game to me.

I wish they would go.back.to team skins. I am sick .of seeing a player and not knowing what team they are on. There was a reason.devs did that in older games. if you want personalization make the colors clearly define the team's like TF2.
