Why would Activision go to the effort of recreating the trilogy? Does anyone actually want a remastered MW3?

Ok that kind of worries me. If they include a remastered COD4 in IW and then sell this too I don't see why they'd risk splitting the COD player base. This might mean it'll be a NDC situation with only campaigns.

Like most trilogies, regarding the story, good first two parts, shitty third.

I just need that first game to be up and running at least.

If the online is intact and all the DLC included, I could be convinced to come back to MW/MW2... for the right price. Expecting just the campaigns for a full $60.

The annual May CoD presser should be coming up anytime. I believe there was a Gamestop placeholder leak saying it was next Tuesday (May 3rd)

As much as I would love a Remastered MW collection, this is probably just a placeholder or placed by a 3rd party. Amazon had the Halo Master Chief Collection for PC listing up for ages before finally taking it down.

Jokes on you, there will be no multiplayer. Multiplayer will be for Infinite Warfare so they can sell a season pass with it.

All I really want is a remaster of the first one. MW 2 was good but if I can get 4's campaign and multiplayer is sweet remastered form, then that's all I need.

I would hope they go the MCC route. Let you vote on what maps/games you want to play.

Splitting hundreds of thousands of players is not something I'm particularly concerned about, unless playing on PC, which CoD simply does not thrive on.

All went downhill after the mw2 p2p based mp fiasco on pc. I always said mw2 might have been one of my most loved games ever if it hadn't have been shitty p2p. If it comes to pc without dedicated servers, they can shove that right back up their ass. Also I'd like a cod2 remaster pls.
