Kickstarted games you've been looking forward to play

Kickstarted is probably one of the best blessings (or worse, depending on circumstance) in the game industry. New creative titles from upstarts that would have to hope for publishing from companies can now rely on crowd funding to get thier game off the ground and since the creating of kickstarter, we've have seen many games funded, developed and released to fans. But there are still games that have yet to be released as some are still in development, or they haven't had an update in ages, which is odd. So GAF, are there any kickstarted games you have been looking forward to playing when released?

For me it's gotta be Cryamore. I remember when the kickstarter was first announced, a game that was secret of mana and link to the past combined with elemental ability mechanics. I was hyped, and if I had money I would have backed it then and there. It's been a while since then and the last update was in December. I hope everything is going smoothly for the game because I'm so excited to play it.

Another game I just remembered is Chasm. Anyone remember Chasm, the metroidvania set in a large chasm, fighting creatures and stuff? I haven't heard anything in a while about that game at all. Where are you, Chasm? Where?

Ghost Song

It was Kickstarted in 2013, hopefully it's out this year. It's as close to a new 2D Metroid game as we're going to get.

I never backed cryamore but I do follow some if the artists involved, as talented at they are they were still working on the main character sprite only the other month! How far behind are they?

I understand working on extra frames and stuff but I'm on about running animations here, regular stuff.

Shenmue III
Yooka-Laylee
Bloodstained
Mighty No 9
Star Citizen
Power Drive 2000
Drift Stage
Toejam & Earl: Back in the Groove
Cosmic Star Heroine

I have backed and am waiting on:

Cosmic Star Heroine
Hyper Light Drifter (PS4 release)
Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Ghost Song (if it comes to PS4!)
Knights and Bikes
Aegis Defenders
Lobodestroyo
Legend of Iya
Paradise Lost
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero

I've also backed Project Scissors: Nightcry, but I can't say I'm particularly looking forward to it as the PC release looked very dodgy.

Not sure, as I said in OP, their last update was in December of last year, so not sure. Then again, they might be working their buts off so when next update comes around they have some really awesome stuff to show.

Bloodstained all the way. I know it's still around a year out (assuming it doesn't get delayed significantly) but so far they've been doing literally everything right and saying all the right things. If it's anywhere close to past Igavanias, it'll be one of my top games of 2017 without even trying.

Bit-Kid sent out a Kickstarter update for Chasm recently. Maybe a month ago? They're still going at it. 2 years after the stated delivery date on Kickstarter. Sigh.

Friday the 13th: The Game - looking forward to playing as Jason
Battle Chasers: Nightwar - love the art style and footage of alpha gameplay
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night - Igavanaia by Igarashi! Nuff said.
Yooka-Laylee - wanting to play some old school 3d platforming
Mighty no9 - well was excited, but all the delays have kind of been worrisome

That's all I have backed so far.

River City Ransom:Underground

where is it?

I've seen some gameplay for the game and so far, it looks pretty good. It looks like it might even have four player multiplayer as well! So pumped! I should probably link the video for you, so here you go!

Darn, well at least they updated I guess.

Formula Fusion for sure. I backed at one of the highest tiers and am stoked with the progress they've been making. A bit slow, but what they're doing with it looks fantastic and should satisfy my WipEout itch.

Backed:
-The Mandate Space RPG mixing several genres, where you play as an starship captain. The updates are a joy to read, so much detail on everything.
-Battletech
-Divinity Original Sin 2
And the Single Player campaign of StarCitizen (Squadron 42). I've never cared about the multiplayer/persistent universe part.

Non backed:
-Torment: Tides of Numenera
-The Banner Saga 3

Ghost Song
Paradise Lost

Both have been sending more or less frequent updates, so I'm optimistic towards them despite being years overdue. From the more recent ones:

Underworld Ascendant
Yooka-Laylee
Bloodstained
Shenmue 3

Kickstarter-funded games have made up a significant portion of my favorite games of the past three years. It's without a doubt the most important gaming-related event in the past decade, if not more, in my opinion.

A few that I'm looking forward to:

Torment: Tides of Numenera
Divinity: Original Sin 2
Battletech
Underworld Ascendant
The Bard's Tale IV
Star Citizen

Now that Pillars of Eternity is out the Kickstarted games I'm most looking forward to are Divinity Original Sin 2, Torment Tides of Numenera and Bllodstained.
I've been playing Wasteland 2 Directors Cut recently and I'm really loving it but I didn't back it on Kickstarter.
