The YouTube FAQ page literally says "Fan Funding voluntary payments are non-refundable"
Come on man, the kid is underage and just an internet troll with a lot of money. Let's not exaggerate what he's done.
Also it's great to see the "pranks" of today are these horrible "donation pranks" and "swatting" absolutely disgusting.
Semantics. She can fuck off.She actually said they're meant to die and then talked about how it's related to genetic disorders not getting caught. That's just a little bit different than saying they deserve to die
Serious question, what does your credit score have to be to have a ~50 THOUSAND dollar credit line or possibly more...I think he did this in cash...I dont think he has any debt from this...
The only way this kid/young adult has 50k in credit is across more than a dozen credit cards because I doubt he has good enough credit to do it over a few at his age so Unlikely, or with a centurion card or a black card and let's face it you have to spend a minimum of 250,000 dollars yearly to qualify for one of those, and if he can do that well this is a raindrop in the ocean for him...
I think this guy/younger adult and his family are financially well off to begin with or at least he was...

He's an idiot but if I was one of the streamers i'd return the money. I just wouldn't feel to good about getting money that way
There's some sort of ethic that I employ in the money I earn
I will sent all to the charity.I would feel great about taking money from an asshole that tried to emotionally wreck me as a prank.
I assume you did not know he was 18 when posting this?
What he did had a level of thought seeing as he attempted a chargeback so far down the line. I dread to think what he could develop into...
It is odd that some people think 18 isn't old enough to know better and be mature enough. At that age I had a job that held a fair bit of responsibility within an IT department.
Are people these days just younger in their mentality?
Semantics. She can fuck off.
No child deserves or is meant to die.

No, it's not semantics. You are twisting the words when you say she was saying they deserve to die. She's not saying they should die. She's saying they are fated to die and yes there is a difference. One says you want them to die. The other says it is a fact of life that they are going to die and there isn't an implication on whether you like that fact or not by the statement. You can hate the fact they are going to die and still say they are meant to die and not have he two sentiments conflict.

There has to be some middle ground. Like getting him to stream then tipping his stream back.
$50
Should be good enough.
Pfft. I'd use that money to go on a sweet vacation. Maybe Thailand.I will sent all to the charity.
Mental health group or something like that.

If it was his money, i would agree. But thing is that this probably will ruin the life of his parents instead. Unless they are super rich or something.Lets look at some things here.
He is 18. I was in Iraq at 18, so don't even try the "he's just a kid" card.
He waited a month to attempt the charge back in hopes that these streamers would have already spent the money and he could fuck them over. Stand up guy there.
He stole a credit card from him parents unless its his. We don't know that part of this.
He puts this on youtube trying to benefit from other people's demise. Again, what a stand up guy and a valuable member of society.
I say fuck him. There are consequences to your actions. His action was to try and ruin other people's lives and to grow his channel in the process. Fuck him, there should be no charge back, he should be $50,000 in debt. The streamers shouldn't have to pay back shit. They did nothing wrong.

That's a lot of money. He should be able to get it back. Sure he was a dick, but he's a kid.
He tried to destroy them and it's more than just emotional. He waited a month in hopes that they would spend it. If the steamer used any of that money, they have to pay that back including fees.

Imagine a school getting donated $10,000 for a new computer lab. They spend the money and a month later the person ask for the money back. The school is now $10,000 in the home not including any money they may have put toward the project.
I don't understand the thought process of doing that as a joke. There might be some credence to the studies that say most internet trolls are a bit off.
Reading more into it im amazed by a few things here.
1) This young chap has access to 50k
2) Twitch allow huge donations of this kind despite the ramifications of what has been highlighted in this thread ie. Chargeback fees + trolls
3) Paypal refused the chargeback despite the card not belonging to him (surely his parents could process this if their son spent the money without their knowing?)
4) Twitch streaming can make people rich.
