But I think it'd be more fitting to send the message that Gohan, Roshi etc.. are back to the masses, cause many people gave up the show because of its shortcomings that are now a thing of the past.

And of course the "OT17" joke has to remain.

That 17 trailer, that's the music introduced in this arc during the Buu fight, it was so hype. It actually makes watching the Funimation Dub difficult because it wasn't just animation and pacing issues, but also music choice, when Super first started, the music kinda sucked and played WAY too much into that cheesy synth, feels like a different show now and for the damn better!

It's interesting that paired universes are always right next to each other, except for U4 and U9. Makes you wonder if the problems actualy lies with the gods or the shared mortal species. Like maybe U4 actually has great gods that should be commended for guiding their mortals far above their U9 counterparts.

Isn't it funny how that even happened? There is so much potential in the supporting characters of the DB universe. It feels like Super recognizes this and more now than ever with this arc, steps are being taken to better utilize the wide-assortment of characters in DB. I'm so excited to see what17 can do!
