Hmmm he looks pretty bishie but to me he still looks Togashi bishie rather than naoko takeuchi bishie

her characters tend to look way more lashy and sparkly

but it wouldn't surprise me if she was like "oh he should look more like *this* "

if there's one job I wish he'd have her help him out with it's fashion design on his characters... they've worn some iffy shit until everyone started running around in suits this arc

I actually like how Biskie dresses. Though if this is what Kurapika really looks like then damn. I will admit to still being a neophyte when it comes to how Togashi draws. I love his stories in anime form, yet I rarely read them.

I think personally the Anime of HxH is better than the manga a lot of it due to having a better understanding in my rewatch and enjoying it more and the technical aspects such as it being better drawn and having good animation and sound

I think when a good director filters or cleans up the Togashiness a little bit it helps hone the story I would assume.

HxH is straight up the best anime adaptation I've ever watched.

Depends what you mean by release -- probably 24 hours and we'll have spoils, maybe a rough translation. HxH is usually fairly wordy so it might take a bit after that to get a decent scanlation out. Official release isn't Monday.

I think it's from the manga. Those old anime sketches were based on some early ones from the manga. Plus, you hardly ever see Gon's nose drawn that way in the '99 anime

Chapter seems to focus on revealing Kurapika's last finger ability. It's a Hatsu-steal type although significantly limited in scope compared to something like Chrollo/Leol and requires Emperor Time to be active. Sounds like Togashi might reveal a drawback for ET this arc too to nerf Kurapika :lol:
