Anything classified as a planet has so small gravitational lensing it might as well be zero. (OK, not quite that small but it isn't really worth thinking about.)
That said, if there was a close-by (within Neptune's orbit, or even a bit beyond) object with mass of Earth or so, its gravitational perturbations would've been detected long ago.
