No the PC version is running on the same engine as the PS4 one this time. All the impressions I've read have been really positive and it seems like the PC version is the best version this time around.

Slightly OT:
If I ask for a phone to amazon US, (it says + import tax blah blah), will it arrive at my home (I'm in UK)? or will I have to pay something extra? go collect somewhere?

I want to buy a moto g5+, but the euro version doesn't have the brand range I need (to use outside Europe).

If you pay import fees to Amazon US, that means they will declare the goods for you to UK customs, pay VAT for you, then hand your package over to Royal Mail (most likely) or whatever other UK courier they made a deal with for delivery-to-door.

So you won't have to pay anything extra and it will be delivered to your home straight away.

EireGAF, just noticed that HMV "Ireland" seem to ship from Jersey now. They make very sure on their website to avoid mentioning this anywhere and their Irish phone number is out of service too, yet they still say orders should arrive in 2-3 days. Just in case anyone is considering making any orders there soon.

Ni No Kuni 2 is no longer coming out on PC physically, so Game Collection had to cancel my order which was a bunch of pre-orders using their E3 10% off code. Just had a call and an email from them saying they had to cancel the whole order, but already had a 10% off code for me ready to go for the last 3 games.

Shame their system can't handle individual item cancellations, but top customer service to get around it!

Surely they probably just meant that they can't get copies for it.

It would be awfully weird for it to not come to PC. Basically every Namco Bandai game comes out on PC too these days.

you will get it at home, as any other package. No extra fees or worries. I got a chromebook plus from them last month, paid for cheapest shipping (up to 3 weeks almost) and got it in under a week.

And the box might be opened aswell. A friend of mine ordered two copies over the last weeks, both were damaged and not sealed anymore.

You can only buy this stuff at release, otherwise it's a lottery with GAME.

Just wanted to confirm, but I recently learned that Smyth's Toy Store is the cheapest for games (aside from Amazon)(not pre-owned). Is that correct?

They have had some good deals but stock is always low for home delivery and their stores are all a PITA to get to, at least for me.

Anyone encounter this with amazon UK?

My parcel is due Monday, I ordered it 7am thursday via Prime, i was hoping for a sat/sun delivery, but it gave estimsted monday, oh well its eu sarl so i expect 2 days extra

however

Friday 8am they claim they handed it to the carrier in this case royal mail, no further updates in the tracking section on amazon So i took my tracking number over to the Royal mail site which says this even now gone 3pm Saturday afternoon.

It's a Nintendo Switch by the way, so it's a more expensive item, if it was just a cheap item cd/dvd it wouldn't concern me so much.

It could still be in transit depending which fulfillment center it departed from.

No need to contact Amazon yet. The Amazon tracker will show a new estimate delivery date.in case the package doesn't arrive on Monday. If it misses that new date; you'll be able to get a replacement or refund.
