The way Whis speculates that Freeza's goal is to use the Super DBs to kill Beerus reminds me of when he thought that Goku Black was a pure creation by the Super DBs.
I.e., his actual goal is going to be something similar but way different, like he wishes himself a universe of his own, or wishes to become U7's God of Destruction and Beerus gets demoted to a mortal and everyone just has to suck it.

Something tells me that Cabba is a lot more powerful than people think. Why is he so casually going around like he is, seemingly not having to try all that hard? It looks like he's hiding a lot more power than he's letting on.

Freiza not being a full on piece of shit this episode is the main highlight. Used team work and dropped advice. I really like the extra development he's been getting outside his original arc where he was just OH GOD EVIL TYRANT THAT IS EGOTISTICAL AND UNMATCHED FEAR HIIIIIIM

He had it coming when he wouldn't even go SSJ.
On the topic of Freeza and Frost; Frost would've been more interesting if he had kept the hero idea longer, but I kind of like the manipulative attitude he has to make up for his lack of power.
And Freeza is a treat to watch, his sadistic attitude is fun and him being a wild card is a nice dynamic over the other competitors.

. Gohan has the problem of having other characters save him in this arc, when he himself knows how to approach the enemy (this guy has Instant transmission I should be on my card, there's a sniper better lay low.)Would've been nice if he actually were a kind Frieza.

That's actually what pissed me off. A good guy Frieza would have been more interesting than half ass Frieza.
it's not that the spirit bomb only works on evil, it's just a pure hearted person can deflect it back.

Frost should have played a good guy all along, tricking even Frieza when he met him at the tournament and Frieza going 'Hey, not being a huge dick at all times ain't that bad!' only for Frost to reveal he's totally evil and get eliminated but Frieza stays a somewhat decent guy after giving it some thought

I would love to see Frieza and the GoD of Universe 4 Quitela interact at some point. That would be interesting. They both hate Beerus.
Found the episode pretty meh, though it was nice to see Frieza for more than a 10 second cutaway shot. For being the wildcard, they havent had him do much so far.
Also wondering if Helles has Ribianne go after Frieza. With how disgusted she was with him, Im curious if she will pit love vs hate.

Freiza is such a dick that he even betrayed himself.
I kind of wish it was Frost who used Frieza bulking up to his advantage to knock Frieza out.
That just felt more like a Frost thing to do than a Frieza thing.
