Yeah sometimes I think that. I still beaten all the trials so far with these units. I use Rem and DV a lot. I really can't complain much at all.

I used one recently. I can't remember what it was but it was a blue crystal with a piece of shit in it it. I was so pissed.

In my case that would be Sakura. At least you can easily get other 60% breakers in place of Lid ;p
Technically speaking. Anniversary pull was 5000 Lapis so it was not "free" as in that compensation tix 5* we got (well it was not free either cause we had to suffer the shit).

Lol. Though I'm not sure spending $2-2.5k in 1.5yrs is considered a whale. Either way, I have no regrets as I've enjoyed this game a lot, most of the time anyway.

I certainly dont plan on quitting this game any time soon. Ive put in more time than any other game I have ever played and have gotten so much enjoyment out of it.
Plus, I actually really value the collection of units and equips I have built up.
I hope our community grows even more and stays on the positive side of things.
Gacha games are such funny creatures. Theyre essentially a form of gambling within a game, and the nature of gambling (and therefore gacha games) is fickle and can be disheartening wheh RNG screws you.
This is my first gacha and probably my last. But I do love it, despite the little voice the game puts in my head telling me to spend money I can't really afford to spend.
Iam actually liking what Iam now doing. I was "forced" to grind enhancements for Agrias (done tho not yet enhanced). Then Iam forced to grind levels & evolving to Victoria (6* 70 level now, thanks pro).
Last weekend I leveled & enhanced Soleil.
Thus Iam out of my comfortable zone and getting new stuff to max. This all aims to defeat Sheratan. I just want that Staff, not interested about other mission kills.
But this out of box thinking makes wonders and then I ofc need to test those units (like how to stack Firaja).

Indeed it is quite a lot of money when you see it as a whole. But keep in mind i didn't spend all that in a single sitting. It averages out at $140/month. Some months I've spent more, some less. Actual whales spend thousands a month lol.
Anyway, it doesn't matter to me how much I'm spending on a single game as long as I enjoy the game and can play it whenever and wherever I want to. Rather than buy 40 games that I can only play at night or on weekends when I'm home, and might not even fully enjoy it.

I do have 2 Black Cat Lids, hopefully they don't nerf Hex Strike and make that unit good (even she is base 3*).

-> You have one turn time to kill Sheratan from 49% to 0% without adds (Emperor says hello).

And after that decide to do 10 more pull. 2 Yellow crystal, all new Xon (at least I got you) and Orran.
Still no Sylvia after 40 pull, but now I can sleep happy.

Well, considering I pull more than 80 times on Tilith banner and not getting her (got 2 seria and 1 blue guy), dual 4* banner or more is very bad.
25% on-banner gold rate means 1 in 4 golds are on the banner, two on-banner golds means 50/50 chance it's the one you want. 2.37% chance of getting your target on-banner gold from a single pull.
I know you were asking rhetorically, but it's worth keeping in mind how thoroughly woeful 4* unit pull rates are.
Still, grats @ wilstreak for the Ayaka.

Was just about to post this. Wasn't sure if it was just me because the game has been fine for me this week. Just had issues since maintenance today.
Honestly, I am so thankful for people who spend the time and effort to create things like this. We can all knock Gumi for a bunch of stuff and criticize the game, but it has a great community.

Why is she important?
Unless you pulled a Fryevia, her TM sword is the best one to use with a Letters of Arms build.
