KOR won EVO so he's anything but an unknown. In fact I am kind of surprise that they don't want to have big name SF players but think it's fair to have some very good Tekken players in the show. Which is kind of ridiculous when you consider how demanding Tekken is competitively.

I will be very surprised if team Tekken doesn't run circles around team SF.

I've heard of Bronson Tran. For some reason I didn't make the Bronson - BronsonTran connection. Everyone's putting their money on him so I guess he's real good.

It would be delicious if he's the first one to get eliminated, assuming there are eliminations

Also I didnt know bronson was that good. Makes sense though. Since sfxt is so much more streetfighter than tekken, they needed to handicap the SF team.

Watching Jebailey meltdowning on twitter I'm sad he's not on the list, his presence would have been hilarious.

I'm not a fan of the choices, so I'll probably just check the stream now and then.

It really is very surprising. He's more well spoken than a lot of the black guys in the community, but when he goes ghetto, he goes full ghetto

I don't think Jebailey is as entertaining when he's calm. He puts in work when it comes to running tourneys and supporting the community, so he should've been chosen on principle alone. But this is no way to handle rejection.

Bronson is considered the Alex Valle of the US tekken scene. I believe he won the tekken 4 and tekken 5 national championships and placed highly in the tekken 6 one. He used to hang out with the cvs2 and mvc2 players in the mid 2000s and used to enter mvc2 tourneys and probably played other capcom games on the side so I expect him to transition well to SxT.

Pretty much. Was waiting the reveals with bated breath. Dr. Sub Zero first name on screen. Fuck Yeah. Tasty "Searchlight" Steve is in. Fuck Yeah X2. Miranda from the Catherine tourneys is in. Fuck Yeah X3

He's a disturbing pick to say the least. The fighting game community already has a huge problem with being labelled a bunch of misogynistic fools. So Capcom goes ahead and approves a guy who spent an entire episode of Cross Counter showing off nudes of "gamer girls" for god knows what reason, then starts talking about "plowing bitches" and generally speaks of women like they're objects.

That's a real good look for the FGC.

I saw that, and I went back and listened to his podcasts, and he was acting the same way in those as well.

I shrugged it off thinking its just a character he plays to appease his fans. If this is the way he acts all the time then this is concerning.

Well, from what the FGC guys are saying it sounds like its definitely a Team Tekken thing.

I figured Justin Wong would get in what with all the "he's the best arounnnddd" people praise about him though
