Regardless of the final game's quality, Crystal Dynamics succeeded in making Lara resemble an actual human being. So that counts for something :)

Those TR shots are such a tease. I've still got about 5 hours until the preload unlocks :(

Anyways I've been playing Alice which I picked up today to help pass the time:

Got into PoE for the first time in a while. It really is a gorgeous game for what it is. 60 FPS besides really intense fights where it can get as low as 30, but doesn't happen often enough for it to bother me.

Wait. So this is the first time I've seen this in this thread, that TR pic with an fps counter that low. Does it mean you guys crank everything up just to take pictures but can't really play games looking like this with an acceptable framerate like 30fps or 60fps? Mindblown. Sorry, console peasant here.

I imagine he is downsampling from and obscenely high resolution. Most screenshots here are at playable framerates, but there is another thread for those other pictures specifically.

Some people have a rig that can play the games at these settings, some people take the performance hit if they want a really good screenshot.

Crank that AA to the max!

No. We got a bullshot thread for that. :p

I have done it in battlefield 3 a couple of times, but 95% of what I post is playing completely normally
