[Update: EA has updated the Rivals press release, removing its original mention of a next-gen November launch. The story has been updated to reflect those changes.]
So is the PC version going to be gimped to current consoles, or actually on the proper Frostbite 3?
Well, had to download it to make that GIF so ...

If anyone wants to have a look.
This looks a lot more impressive and real than Forza 5 did. Next gen cars have arrived.
Thanks!
It's the bigger picture posted yesterday, but up close it doesn't look so hot. Hope the game can look great from a distance like Hot Pursuit 2010. These shots are just too grey :/
We can probably guess it's not coming to Wii U.

But racing games seem like the lowest hanging fruit graphically speaking. Racing games have looked pretty damn good for a while now, so these screens don't do much to get me hyped for "nextgen." Show me some animated people or crazy physics or amazing dynamic lighting or something.
Good luck with that.please let us can have a non Origin version please,I'll even take a disc version with SecuROM anything but Origin.
It's not Criterion, they are just support. I think that may be a good thing after Most Wanted, which while technically competent may have been the most void of personality game every created. Not sure it would be possible to make a blander game, I honestly though The Run was far more conceptually interesting and had more interesting tracks.Criterion? Well, color me interested.
Man, Frostbite 3? That means there probably will be no Vita or Wii U version. :-(
I thought they were doing Underground next.
Probably Need for Speed 2014.Does this mean Criterion's working on a new Burnout game?
Not probably. There will be no Wii U version. Period. I will not be surprised to see a Vita version though.

That was proved to be fake.
Probably Need for Speed 2014.
what are you talking about? EA position about the WiiU is clear as water.
