Considering that The Golden was more likely referring to the Golden Shadow in Jungian Psychology and not the metal, I'd figure P3x would be the same, not something like Platinum.

This is what makes her such a good character. She actually has realistic issues that you can relate to. You say she's an asshole, I say she's someone whose had to be on the defensive all the time to deflect criticism.

Not every person will relate to every character. I actually really enjoy the P3 cast considering I have an understanding of what both Aigis and Yukari are going through.

I could say the same. Part of why I like the story in FFX so much is I relate to Tidus.
The "daddy issues" trope is played up quite often, but the truth is it's the reality for many.

Seriously, if there was a way to play Persona 3 without Junpei in it, my life would be better. Had no interest in dealing with him as MC, and found him to be an obnoxious pervert creep as FeMC.
I totally disliked Yukair during MC run, but she was actually enjoyable as FeMC.

It's interesting to note. No one person identifies the same with the entire cast. Everyone has their favorites. That's the mark of a good writer; when your cast is more than just a bunch of mere archtypes or tropes.
Do tell? I'm kinda curious. She's not the only character with daddy issues I might add. Junpei has such issues too, they're just not as in the forefront because his father isn't directly related to the plot.
That's like a really specific frame to expect us to assume your speaking from. Reputation or not.

Looks so pretty, Gekkoukan looked gorgeous. New theme song is ok, not as good as the game's vocal songs.
I just hope Minat---I mean, Makoto's personality doesn't clash with the way I perceived him in the game. Also, I wonder if the movies are gonna settle the love interest thing. With so many datable girls, are they gonna go the Yukari route and make it official?

I love P3 because journey is simply fun. When it comes to actual story meaning purpose of shadows, dark hour ending etc. It is way below mediacore.
Now they will do movie which will focus on story.
Also P3 is filled with walking stereotypes. Imagine every anime stereotype and it is in there.
Only Junpei Yukari and that tanned chick are good characters, rest of cast is forgetable.
Those stereotypes worked in game because you could at least avoid some of them or skip annoying text (almost every Fuula line) but if they won't fix them movie will be hella shitty to watch

P4 had even more anime trope stereotype fanservice nonsense in comparison. It got progressively worse from P3 -> P3:FES -> P3P -> P4 -> P4G

Nah, first we need a Persona 3 re-release consisting of P3P + FES for the Vita. Then we need an additional remake of P2:IS and P2:EP with 3D models and modern game mechanics for the Vita/PS3. Then, we'll need a same kind of remake to the original Persona as a complement. Finally, we need a Vita port of Catherine and we can't have that without a Vita port of Persona 4 Arena.
