I suppose they've hit the maximum level of polygonal detail they can be arsed with, because the cars in the OP basically have no more geometry than Forza 4. I guess the shader improvements are nice?

Disappointingly short presentation, made worse by the abysmal stream lag, but at least we got some new morsels.

Anyone know when this will be available for download?

It's odd, I watched the Americas cup live in HD on youtube last night and it was pristine, yet something simple like this doesn't work. Frustrating.

He said head tracking is now clever enough to know where your head is so you don't have to worry about keeping your head inside a 'box'

He said there are more cars in Forza 5 than any other launch racing game that he can remember.

Looked really good imo. Very attractive looking track. Only downside I'd say is that it's still a long way from looking actually photo realistic. I think a more artsy look is just part and parcel of the Forza franchise now. Though it's difficult to tell where they're going with the art because the auto vista stuff is pushing to be far more photo realistic.

He said that its the 'largest' racing game ever at launch. Doesn't necessarily mean the same thing. But yea, its not looking great for car count. I think most of us know this already, though.

This really gives me some NFS HP and High Stakes vibe. Will definitely pick up FM5 and xbone day one. (sadly it's the only title that I want).
