What is up with the lighting in Shadow of War?

The lighting In Dragon’s Dogma is SO MUCH BETTER and it’s a 5 year-old game?

I have SoW on Pro and play in 4K. I also watched the Foundry X video in 4K. Lighting just looks flat to me.

I can see what you mean the volumetric light looks kinda low resy but beside that it looks good to me. This game doesn't have global illumination right? Isn't GI where the materials react to the lighting and environments realistically?

You guys did a great job on ROTR. Originally completed it on PC, but will probably give it another playthrough once the XB1X patch has been released. So expect more screenshots in the future.

Yep, the game technically is excelent, and the art specially in the second half is very good, better than TR2013.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is an extremely under rated game graphically. It's also incredible how they've scaled it between the 360, XB1, PS4, PS4P and soon XB1X.

I'm still using an older Philips HD TV. But the quality of these screens doesn't have to do anything with what TV I play it on. I play the Witcher 3 with the recently added PS4 Pro patch. That might be the reason for the better visuals?
