Although I game on all consoles and some PC and mobile, I'm mostly a Nintendo fan in terms of time spent on games. I do enjoy my PS4 and XB1 a lot and my Vita still gets decent use due to its excellent indie support.
Recently, I was able to get a Switch via the Prime member deal. Hardware wise it's definitely the best iteration of the handheld concept for me, mostly based on the huge screen, to be honest.
However, while the last Nintendo Direct showed a lot of promising 3DS titles, I'm having a hard to going back to my 3DS. I still need to finish DQVIIIr, and while an excellent port, the smaller screens and lower fidelity hardware makes it difficult. And the 3DS does have a lot of excellent exclusives that I'm still looking to get.
Do you find it hard going back to the 3DS, or other older handhelds due to the nice big screens of the Switch?
Are 3DS ports something you see Nintendo doing to pad out the Switch library?
