It was enjoyable for what it was.It was basically the combat and biotic mechanics from Mass effect 3 married with the X-Com universe.

15$ is worth it just for Spec-Ops. Fantastic game. Gives an insight into what games could be (i.e. it's not perfect but really makes you think about effective game design). Watch the Zero Punctuation review for a somewhat spoiler-y view on what I mean.
