Crossing my fingers that in 40 years medical technology is far enough along that I don't have to worry about dying because I rolled off my bed.
Don't worry, the future is now!

At least the American rating system doesn't cover a good chunk of the front cover and art. I can't buy games in my country because of these huge stickers printed onto the cover, often shifting art and text/title. Imagine having a dark and grim cover like Darkest Dungeon and then a happy-green logo on it. On Breath of the Wild they decreased the title text's size a good bit because of this.

So kudos for that small black and white rating image you guys have.

And for clueless parents these rating systems are at least some guidance.

An important figure of sorts in the video game world at the time. Regardless of if he was right or wrong, this man has passed away and I'm sure he has left most likely left behind a grieving family. RIP.

And now extremely graphic sadomasochistic violence porn like TLOU 2 is as mainstream as it gets. How time flies!

The same rating system that is ignored by everybody and their parents?

How much something is used has zero relevance on its value...

A rating system was needed. It's appreciated, and used, by millions of people every year. Mostly parents.
