Maybe they are unhappy with the direction of the DNC who mostly aligns with their views? They have every right to protest if they feel disenfranchised by the DNC.
Who in this thread is completely satisfied with a Hilary nomination? I'm not asking if you can stomach it or that it's better than option B or option C... or if she'll do okay. Does the Hilary nomination and how we reached it really sit well with anyone here? Honest question.
They're high in a ton of stuff on the FODMAP list, they definitely give people issues.
I'm fine with it. I would have entertained a plausible alternative. (I voted Obama in '08) None were offered, and she has Obama's trust.

It pushes the power and control to the extremities instead of the center.
Absolutely. I'm pretty damn liberal/far-left and she is the type of experienced candidate who knows the political game and can get shit done and make the country better in almost every aspect. She's Obama 2.0 without his great style, but better at politics so she'll get more done in an even further-left direction than he went.
I also would have been fine with Sanders, but I'm completely satisfied with Clinton.

Seriously, I supported Bernie, but it really takes a level of misguided privilege to say Hillary is going to be as bad for us as Trump would be. That just sounds like someone who doesn't actually have anything to lose. Most of the rest of us are confident that 4 years minimum of Hillary isn't going to be enough to kill us all and stop us from continuing to champion truly progressive causes, but from a much less scary political position.

Not really. With different options and different candidates and people in office you would have to make compromises on that alone.
Then when they are in office they would have to compromise still to get things done.
Which you know I'm fine with an Obama 2.0 if she delivers.
I don't know if they make you fart. However, when you do, it sure as hell smells worse than normal.
Hillary is far from a perfect candidate but I believe she is competent, will work hard toward improving people's lives and will be able to compromise to get things done if necessary (which is a very if not the most important quality in politics). I'm very happy with her getting the nom, I don't have any issues with the way she got it. She was selected with a vast majority of votes, why would there be a problem with that?
I mean, that's basically what she's running on.

My hope is that as the GOP begins to fall, leftist parties can make a dent in the senate and potentially consolidate into a major opposition party. But the American far left is so fractured that I doubt this could happen.

I would also say the complete lack of investigation into the Clinton email scandal was the cherry on top for her... Being able to just skip that whole mess. It's great your able to trust her. She doesn't sit well with me... It's the whole double standard that she has set on this and other things.
But I could be misinformed about the emails... and how it's different from any other time where government files were leaked and those people were met with punishment.

Yuck. As a Bernie supporter, this is gross to me. Where were they for the fucking RNC? It's almost like their privilege blinds them to the horrible reality of a Trump Presidency for the minorities they claim to care about (not to mention for the whole world since there is zero percent chance Trump knows how to be a President.)
