yea they are from GiTS but some only appear in the manga, the M5 appear throughout the series

At any rate, for those of you that said gunblade, it's worth noting that The Met in NYC has a large collection of arms and armor, among which are a pistol / shortsword combo weapon.

It was sweet. No digital pictures of it, I'm afraid.

I'm also kind of fond of the Steyr AUG in terms of looks, and in gaming when possible.

ummm no the default skin is for a M4 and that doesnt even have an M203 grenade launcher.

The pictured gun is a M16 with a aftermarket handguard + m203 combo.

Close but no cigar my man.

Personally I dislike AUG's because they look so strange and I hate the bullpup design due to the fact that changing magazines is a bit more cumbersome then on a traditional gun with the magazine in front of the trigger.
