What if I told you all that there was a video card that could demolish 1080p, have a hearty laugh at 1440p, can shake hands with 4k, and I'm selling it at a reasonable price? Well, it's true, and it's right here.
(I replaced the old image with a new image due to some weird glitch in the previous image)
I present, the EVGA GTX 980 TI, with active cooling 2.0 (which means that it has two large fans and better pipes to divert the heat away), and built in superclocking (plus, it can be overclocked even further). The closest card that Nvidia is offering now to the 980ti is the 1070 and that's about $200 more for identical performance. I got a ton of great reviews, I've sold plenty on here before, this is an amazing deal for an amazing GPU, so get it as soon as you can.

What if I told you that there is a rule about images that are close or bigger than 1080p, have a laugh at 1440p and definitely is not 4k, and that you can follow it for a reasonable price? Well, it's true, and it's right there in the OP

No, it isn't. 1070 is like $100 more and it'll be new, have more VRAM, less power needed, and a year newer.

When you factor in taxes and shipping costs, a look at various shops shows the 1070 at around $200 more. Furthermore, most benchmarks I looked at show the 980ti and 1070 as fairly identical.
