You don't need a US Credit Card to buy codes and if you did you could just buy Amazon Vouchers first and use them to buy the code

You can. You just need to have a 'fake' US adress on your amazon profile. I just used my EU creditcard to buy tomb raider for 5 ( still feel robbed )
