I got a code from Franklinator and I can't redeem it on mine either, locked. I tried an old unredeemed Mortal Kombat Avatar codeand I got the same error as the FF code. However I tried the Mortal Kombat code on my other account and it worked. We should all be able to redeem our gifts from Frank in the next 24 hours. Thanks again man!
