Malay Ho, the main producer behind Channel Orange, is releasing an album this year, with all of his collaborators having a presence on it. So, this song "Bootyclub" has been teased for a while, and is known to basically be a Frank Ocean track.

This is his first album, but he's produced a lot of artists' albums; Frank Ocean, Zayn Malik, and other bits of production around that. But his work with Frank is really what launched him, so all the instrumentation and the production of Channel Orange can be attributed to both Malay and Frank.

From the statement, it seems like production delays regarding his live show. It's vague, but Frank doesn't seem like the dude who'll do a show half-assed. It's shitty, but here's hoping when the live show is unveiled, we can see why.
