Yipes plays so many different characters, I find it hard to believe that Magneto would ever just be "dropped". I think he's just experimenting.

The hit box for that move aims downward and he was above the hit box. That LVL3 was really dumb though, I don't know why he did it.

Still though this is Yipes, not having Magneto is like Clock not rocking Striderdoom or Valle not picking Ryu.
