Has anyone considered the possibility that Hogan was under the influence of En Sabah Nur? As we saw in Uncanny X-Men #335, the millienia-old abilities of Ἀποκάλυψις are powerful enough to turn even boy scout Scott Summers "heel." In fact, it seems likely to me that the Apocalypse-controlled Hogan had offered some black friends positions as two of the four Horsemen, but that they failed to pass the stringent "only the strong survive" tests he created for their benefit by playing the race card instead of brushing off the n-word (which afterall, they use every day in their personal lives and hear in their rap music nonstop).

Eventually he'll be back in the WWE again.

Might take a few years, but a lot of horrid shit has been done in the business and people have been scum yet welcomed back.

Time will show it to be the case.

So I guess, the fact this guy won the WHC (not even the WWE title) when it turned into a second class citizen pseudo-world belt and only after they repackaged him into a buffoon is because of that.

I think WWE lets past accomplishments be the past, but ignores people who are black balled like that going forward. They didn't take away Benoit's title wins, they just did all they could to not acknowledge them.

Hogan will remain a HOF member, but you will never hear his name on WWE TV again.

The ironic thing is that outside of porn, I always viewed wrestling as the most racist form of entertainment there is. Like they wore it on their sleeve and were proud.
