The closest thing to that is Crystal Rift (EU link) now. And the foul foul deeds normally only cost a tenner, but it even is part of the two-for-one deal so you get to buy another €10 item "for free" alongside.

First one to do something even half decent is gonna get a lot of sales.

I don't think they have. But the game is not completely bad, just very very old school and rather primitive.
