Sakuranbo Syndrome had this silly plot point where the lead duo had to kiss regularly for wholesome medical reasons. This is similar, except the punishment for failure is gender-swapping instead of age regression. There's yuri, which is good, but also an absence of authorial competence and a complete clusterfuck of an ending, which is bad. Overall, I can say with confidence that it was a manga.

I was just listening to the anime soundtrack recently (which is great BTW) so I decided to revisit an old favorite of mine.

First off, I just want to say that Keima is still one of the best MCs in recent manga history. Even with the increase in tactician-type MCs what with all the LN adaptations, no one even comes close to the raw awesomeness of Keima. This guys just makes girls fall all over him like there's no tomorrow, and he just doesn't give a shit. Can we get more harem MCs like him over shit like Rito please.

Secondly, I am still bummed that the series never got an official English translation. I thought it was pretty popular when it was still running? I'm not keeping my hopes up now that years have passed since its run, but man, the scanlations are rough, especially the early ones.

Thirdly, I haven't reached the ending again, but man did it go south after the Goddess's Arc. At least that arc was interesting, but the Jupiter Saga was a mistake, and frankly shouldn't have happened, at least so close after a major arc. It's a disappointment especially since it was going so well until then. I wish Wakaki could go back and redo it, but oh well. At least the other chapters are still great.
