Sounds kind of interesting, although this is one of those ideas I think that might have worked better as a 2-3 hour movie than a TV show.
Guy does bad shit for bad people for a long time, decides to get out, cannot escape his sins.
While really strong actors and writers could pull this off for a few seasons, we've kinda seen this story already multiple times (Breaking Bad, Justified, Narcos, etc) and this doesn't really seem to bring that much new to the table.

It sounds pretty entertaining, but that color palette has me weary.
As much I enjoy dark crime stories, I'm not as fond of the reliance on dark blues, blacks, and greys as the main color palette. Hopefully, they switch things up from time to time.

The Ozarks are beautiful. If the filming was done there the cinematography could be amazing.

Ever since I saw The Gift, I was waiting for Bateman to do more dramatic roles. Happy to see he's going that route.
