It isn't necessarily an advertisement for any one game (though some might argue for Playstation All-Stars I guess), but it's a celebration of...for lack of a better term, "gamers", people who are passionate about games and make it a part of their lives in some way.

It's not really a good commercial (I can only assume it's attempting to parody some sort of 1960s PSA commercial, although I have no idea which ones specifically - and YMMV on if it works, especially since a song with kids singing about cleaning things did nothing to combat Nintendo's "kiddy" image that had started to form around this time), but that song is so insanely catchy that I can't help but love it and remember it 14 years on.
