Finally a Blitz song with pro guitar support. There's still hope for Cult of Personality!
That will be getting Pro Guitar. They sorta-but-not-really leaked which Blitz songs are getting Pro already, all the Blitz songs on this list.
Finally a Blitz song with pro guitar support. There's still hope for Cult of Personality!
So summary off memory
- Overall just setting expectations to not expect the 7-songs weeks of yore, especially with them making new games (none of which are related to Rock Band), they have less people working on Rock Band now and it's been 2 years since the game came out. I think it's essentially expect 3-song singles weeks a lot from here on out. I think they did mention there will be an artist release this year with 7 or so tracks in a pack. I might be misremembering that though.
Slightly related: does anyone know if there's a resource where I can check what MIDI sounds correspond to the piano track in songs? I know the obvious ones like Imagine and A Whiter Shade of Pale, but it's a little hard for my untrained ears to pick out the correct synth sound in many songs.
I just bought myself a Yamaha PSR-E323 that I'm going to hook up to Rock Band once I get a MIDI cable
So you seem to be scoring with Sync without changing lanes. Guessing that's by a quick flick of both thumbsticks, one in each direction?
Quick RT then LT or LT then RT, depending on which lane I want to take notes from.
You're using Default controls then? I keep forgetting there are options other than Freqish.

This week in RBN:
Official DLC:
13 Blitz tracks left to re-release.
That's good new for me. I don't want the RB Blitz just for Dead on two Legs. I wish they publish it soon.
And I want Breaktrough by Queen.
It'll probably come out with One Week and These Days like it did for Wii when Blitz was released.
These Days is already up. So it'll show at some point whenever.
Kelly Clarkson Stronger (What Doesnt Kill You) O
Living Colour Cult of Personality X
Quiet Riot Bang Your Head (Metal Health)
Soundgarden Spoonman X.
2013 and theyre still releasing songs that have already been in RB and GH? Wow.
Damn, hope they finish the Blitz songs quickly so we can get new stuff.

Well, I guess Activision's exclusivity contract with Aerosmith is over now.
Guitar Hero Aerosmith actually had pretty good charting too.
It was just a shame you had to play Aerosmith songs with Joe Perry's terrible fretboard that made certain notes hard as fuck to see
edit: also sad that we don't get Last Child.I preferred GH2's cover over the original
Everything about that cover was magical, especially once it started going past the regular stopping point of the song.
But yeah, it would have been nice to see another legacy song show up, especially since it's such a fondly remembered one.
Aerosmith in Rock Band? That's a surprise.
And here we thought Harmonix ran out of songs since they started putting up Blitz tracks.
Maybe this means Metallica and Van Halen packs in the future?
Why is Dream On live why? /cry
Enter sandman is in the first rb. But i get your point. It is a shame that song couldn't be exported to rb2.I would kill for "Enter Sandman" in RB.

I really wish they'd get more modern indie/college rock bands in to this. Seems like most of the DLC is classic rock.

Not sure if this is the place, but I'll try.
I have Rock Band and a PS3.
My friend has GH and an Xbox 360.
Is it possible with adapters and what not to play with his GH 360 Guitar on my RB PS3?
Thanks
